Once you have scheduled your repair with PatchMaster, please take a moment to review the information on this page to help ensure a seamless and exceptional experience with our team.

If you anticipate any challenges or have concerns regarding the items listed below, kindly discuss them with your PatchMaster Drywall Repair Specialist ahead of their visit.

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

ON YOUR NEXT PATCH

PARKING

For maximum efficiency, please allow us to park as close to the entrance as possible. If there are any parking restrictions, let us know in advance.

ACCESS

To complete the repairs, we need full access to the area. Please move all belongings and furnishings before we begin work.

ELECTRIC & WATER

We will need access to power for our tools and fans. We will also need access to water (exterior sources or washroom). If there are limits, let us know.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

MOLD & WATER DAMAGE

Please ensure that the patch area is completely dry before we begin. Address any sources of moisture ahead of our arrival. If the area is not dry when we arrive, we won’t be able to complete the job.*

QUOTE

If there are any discrepancies between what we quoted and what we find on site, we will update the quote and review it with you. We’ll proceed with the work only after receiving your approval.

* Additional fees may be incurred if we must reschedule or make other accommodations due to lack of access to the work area, or if the area has the presence of mold or moisture. Mold-resistant products are available if desired.

ON THE JOB

DEBRIS

All debris will be placed in garbage bags for your disposal, unless you’ve requested different arrangements.

DUST

PatchMaster will work to minimize dust by using dust-extracting tools, advanced containment tools, and proper area preparation.

FACILITIES

Please provide access to bathrooms. We will use your guest bath unless you direct us otherwise.

JOB TIME

Drying times can vary, so you might need to schedule another appointment to complete the job. Please keep fans, heaters, or blowers on as instructed by your PatchMaster technician, which may be overnight.

REVIEW

Your satisfaction is our number one priority, your feedback helps us to improve our service. We will forward you a request for a quick review and appreciate you taking the item to respond. Look for our review request in your email inbox once the job is done.

GENERAL INFO

PAINTING

Painting services may include paint-matching, corner-to-corner painting, or whole-room painting, depending on your location. Please note that paint colors may vary due to factors like the age of the paint, fading, or paint type.

TEXTURE

Texture matching is an art, not a science. While PatchMaster excels at matching even the most complex textures, if your needs exceed our skill set, we will inform you. We will only take on jobs that we can complete to your satisfaction.
